I grew up in Millbrook, Alabama, and now reside in Prattville with my husband, children and pets. I have been married to my high school sweetheart Matt Hicks for 17 years. Matt currently teaches Special Education at Prattville High School where he also serves as a football and baseball coach. We have three children. Keely is a freshamn at the University of South Alabama, Kennedy is a freshman at Prattville High School, and Andrew is in 6th grade at Prattville Intermediate School.
I am a two time graduate of Auburn University Montgomery with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice. I have been a stay at home mom, a research director for a national political consulting firm, and a paralegal. I am so fortunate to now be able to be in a career about which I am passionate and that has been my hobby for many years.
Before becoming a licensed real estate agent, my husband and I have “flipped” homes in the River Region. My husband did the hard labor, and I pick out the finishes and did the market research. As you can tell, I was in training to be a real estate agent for many years. I use this experience to benefit my clients. I am able to offer my clients a unique understanding of both the home buying and home selling process. As a real estate agent, my job is not just to sell homes; my job is to provide my clients with the appropriate information and guidance to assist them in buying or selling a home.
I look forward to the opportunity to serve you!!
